Getting Started

  1. Install the CiphLy app from the App Store.
  2. Create or sign in to your account.
  3. Tap Products → Smart Keychain → Activate.
  4. Tap your NFC keychain or scan its QR to attach it to your Bio page.
  5. Customize your bio page (links, images). Your sponsor brand remains pinned at the bottom.

NFC & QR Issues

NFC not launching a page

  • Confirm NFC is supported/enabled on your device.
  • Remove thick cases/metal plates and tap near the phone’s NFC sweet spot.
  • Try another angle or hold for 1–2 seconds.
  • Fallback: open the Camera app and scan the QR on the keychain.

QR won’t open

  • Allow camera permissions if prompted.
  • Ensure good lighting and keep the code flat in frame.
  • If the URL opens to a code like XXXX‑XXXX‑XXXX‑XXXX, that’s your keychain’s publicId.

Account & Login

  • Forgot password? Use “Forgot Password” on the sign‑in screen to reset via email.
  • Can’t sign in via Apple? Make sure iCloud Keychain is enabled or use email/password.
  • Still stuck? Email us with your device model and iOS version.

Keychain “Not Activated”

  1. In the app, go to Products → Smart Keychain → Activate.
  2. Enter or scan the publicId (format 00RG‑JEV9‑64DK‑L509).
  3. Choose your Bio page to attach the keychain.

FAQs

What is CiphLy?

A smart NFC keychain that opens your bio link page. If a business sponsors your keychain, their branding stays pinned to your page.

Do I need NFC?

NFC is recommended for the best experience, but QR and manual entry work too.

Where do I find my publicId?

It’s printed on the card/packaging and encoded in the QR (format XXXX‑XXXX‑XXXX‑XXXX).

Can I remove a sponsor’s branding?

Sponsor branding may be pinned by the issuer. If there’s an error, email support.

Shipping & Orders

Where is my order?

If you ordered through a partner, check with the event or sponsor. Otherwise, contact us with your order ID.

My keychain is damaged

Analytics seem low

Analytics show taps/visits to your bio page. Data may take a short time to update.

Privacy & Data

We store only what’s necessary to operate your account and bio page. Contact us to request export or deletion.
